POINTS TO CONSIDER

• If using vented dryers then the units will need access to an outside wall to allow for the hot air to be released. You will also need to consider the heat the dryers will generate and ensure you have sufficient ventilation to keep the room temperature at a level that can be worked in.

• You could avoid the need for ventilation by using a heat pump dryer, these are also cost effective and more energy efficient.

• The units may require you have both a hot and cold water supply, ask our team if you are unsure which machines require which supply.

• You will need adequate drainage for the units. if the drainage waste outlet is at floor level you will be able to use a machine that has a gravity waste. If the waste is raised off the floor then you will need a machine with a drain pump. For Businesses where a lower waste flow is not available but the site needs a gravity machine, plinths or stands are available to raise the machine.

• Where washers are connected directly to the mains supply, they should be WRAS approved to comply with regulations that require prevention of back flow into the water supply via a type A airgap.
  

• Commercial laundry equipment will usually require a 3 phase connection, the total amps will depend on machines chosen. we are happily to advise on this if you need any assistance. 

          Single phase machines can be supplied but will have a smaller capacity eg. 10kg washers
